Our Fearless Leaders

Rock & Bloom was founded by Heather Adams and David Molesky – two creative powerhouses who believe strategy and design should always share the spotlight. Together, they’ve built a business where big ideas thrive, collaboration is key, and every project is rooted in purpose.

With backgrounds in strategy, marketing, design, and tech, Heather and David lead with insight, heart, and hustle. They’ve grown Rock & Bloom into a team-first, results-driven creative studio that helps bold brands find their voice, and have a damn good time doing it.

Through our Brand Aid initiative, we donate strategy, design, and brand support to nonprofits doing powerful work in their communities. But it doesn’t stop there. We show up, whether that means volunteering, sponsoring, or lending a hand to causes we care about.
